Winners of ‘Create Your Own Space Game’ Local Competition

Run by the National Space Science Agency (NSSA), the competition, which is the first of its kind, was concluded. ‘Create your own Space Game’ competition specifically opened for application to Bahraini students between seven and twelve years of age. More than 40 male and female students participated and made contributions through innovative games and various skills, using modern programming styles and creating illustrative video tapes for each individual game.

MIT Scratch Programming Competition

NSSA and Clever Play Education & Training are launching a local online competition for children between the ages of 7-12 years old to create their own space game from home for a chance to win prizes this summer! Cooperation with the American Kallman Worldwide Inc. to provide scholarships for gifted students

The agreement will allow 4 high school students the opportunity to participate and represent the Kingdom of Bahrain in the space camp that is part of the “Astronaut Al Worden Endeavor” program, held in the United States of America in August 2021 and for a week. NSSA, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, will nominate students, and the results of the selection will be announced at the Bahrain International Air Show 2020.
