The National Space Science Agency (NSSA) will hold a virtual introductory lecture on KiboCUBE, one of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs’ (UNOOSA) most visible efforts, in collaboration with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, for higher education institutions in Bahrain (JAXA).

By assisting educational and research institutions in designing and building CubeSats, and then coordinating their launch through the Japanese Experiment Module (Kib) on the International Space Station, the initiative aims to provide an opportunity for all countries to benefit from space science and technology (ISS).

Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Secretary General of the Higher Education Council and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Higher Education Council, expressed her gratitude to NSSA for their cooperation with the council and eagerness to inform higher education institutions of these important initiatives that would stimulate researchers and students of higher education institutions and provide them with opportunities to engage in all fields of the Higher Education Council.
